CONTRACTUAL PROCESS

For the purposes of Art. 27 of the LSSICE, the contractual process carried out through www.royalriver.es will be carried out through the following steps:

First: Selection of the hotel, offer, package, or other hotel services on the main page through the search parameters, as well as the dates of stay.

Second: Choice of room type, number of rooms, and number of people.

Third: Selection of supplements and additional services with a display of the final price. Insertion of personal data related to the reservation, as well as the credit card used as a guarantee for the reservation, and acceptance of the general conditions of the reservation.

Formalization of the reservation, display of confirmation page

Fifth: Sending of confirmation email of the reservation with its details.

Upon formalizing the reservation, an electronic document will be generated that will subsequently be incorporated into the owner's files. The user will have full access and knowledge of it at all times through the sending of an email with its content at the end of the reservation process.

Once the reservation is formalized, the client is requested to review its content so that they can identify possible material errors in the data entry; if correction is necessary, the user may call the central reservation phone (+34) 922788482 or send an email to river@luxurytenerifehotels.com providing the identifying data of the reservation.
