The main objective of the Royal Garden Villas & Spa is to offer a quality service, achieving maximum satisfaction for our clients and reducing the environmental impact that our establishment's activities generate in the surroundings.

For these reasons, we consider it vital to implement a Quality and Environmental Management System, committing ourselves to periodically review our processes, products, and services within the framework of the activities carried out in our establishment that may affect the quality of our services and the environment around us.

The principles to achieve these objectives are as follows:

• IDENTIFY our processes, services, and products to constantly assess their impact on the environment and customer satisfaction.
• RIGOR in complying with the standards and requirements established in the Quality and Environmental Management regulations, applicable legislation, and our Corporate Social Responsibility commitments. 
• CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT in our processes, setting objectives and goals to achieve and defining the actions to take in order to improve day by day the satisfaction of customers and the environmental performance of our activity, such as purchasing 100% renewable energy, our zero plastic policy in the establishment, betting on ecological products, and offsetting the CO2 that our activity generates into the atmosphere by planting more than 3,000 plants in our gardens.
• ENCOURAGE the participation of all staff and teamwork, motivating and involving staff in the continuous improvement process in a favorable environment for labor relations and respect for fundamental rights among staff, suppliers, and clients, based on equality of opportunity, safety, and transparency. 
• PROMOTE continuous training as a tool to enhance the development of the people who work with us and the company, so that we can grow and improve together.
• DEVELOP the company's commitment to the social and economic environment of the destination, promoting the use of local products and the labor insertion of the most vulnerable local population.
• SAFEGUARD the protection and rights of children, who are the most vulnerable.
• DISSEMINATE our values and the information that evidences our commitment to improving the protection of the environment among society.
• OFFER our services for the use and enjoyment of all, regardless of the limitations or disabilities of our clients, age, gender, or culture.
• INVITE our clients to discover our island and the local culture, providing them with information about the destination and offering advice from our staff.
